K&A Construction and Consulting is a family-owned business founded and led by Pablo Villanueva, a licensed general contractor with a deep background as a real estate investor and developer. Over the past two decades, Pablo has flipped hundreds of homes and managed the development of new subdivisions, custom homes, multifamily projects, and ground-up new construction across Southern California.
Frustrated by the poor communication, incomplete work, and lack of attention to detail he experienced from many contractors on his own investments, Pablo decided to raise the standard. He earned his general contractor’s license, built his own crews, and began running projects himself—bringing a developer’s mindset and a contractor’s craftsmanship together
under one roof.
